This is a service for point to point delivery of palletized items, single parcels or bulk loose goods for Nation wide delivery, taking into consideration the road and NZR Ferry constraints at the time. This is on an hourly rate and by negotiation at the time.

Airfreight National Overnight  [click here]
Freight which is urgently required in the South Island is picked up by our local courier, taken to the airport and lodged personally at the terminal.  On many occasions a taxi or urgent courier will meet the plane at the other end, and deliver the urgent freight as soon as the plane has landed.
Airfreight National Same day (Urgent Express) :  [click here]
Customized to your requirements we are able to offer a next available flight with delivery to site at the other end or uplift from the airport.  Once again, we lodge your valuable item at the airport, and monitor its delivery through until we have the signature of the consignee.

All rural deliveries are able to be effected and will take an additional 1-3 days for delivery dependant of the regularity of the service to the specific area.  Once again, if your requirements are urgent, if advised, we can make special arrangements.

Any item – parcel, pallet, van-load or truck-load can be delivered on a Saturday, almost anywhere in New Zealand.  If your destination is not in a main centre, we will need notification in order to make special arrangements.  All Saturday deliveries should be well labeled and pre-alerted as all areas in New Zealand are not covered as a standard service.  It is advisable to check prior to dispatch of goods to qualify that the area required has this service available.

For items which need to come back to our customers, we offer a comprehensive return freight system.  We request our Freight Forward form is completed and emailed or faxed to us.  We will monitor the return of your stock.

Should you wish a consignment to be uplifted from one destination and delivered to another – we request that our Freight Forward form is completed and emailed or faxed to us.  We will monitor the pick up and delivery of the product.

Not our specialty, however we do look after dangerous goods for our regular customers.  We provide an excellent service, but we do not encourage this class of product.

Quality Management (On Site) :  [click here]
We are able to eliminate a lot of your quality issues and logistics problems with our on site management of dispatch and receipt procedures.  We can provide daily, weekly or monthly reports on your deliveries.  If there are difficulties of any delivery, we will endeavor to advise our customers of any issues should we know about them.
We provide our customers with a Proof of Delivery service through our Customer Services staff.  Proof of Delivery requests may be emailed or faxed through to our office, and we will attempt to have a reply to you within two hours.  Local Proof of Delivery responses will take less time than this.

We offer a complete storage and stock-taking facility for any Company which prefers to have
stock off-site.  We will store, stock-take, take orders, consign, palletize, package, label, dispatch, and track and trace your entire stock

We offer a track and trace service.  At this stage our track and trace service is not computerized.  We require our customers to email or fax the Proof of Delivery or Track and Trace requirements and we will phone, fax or email our response.

Our dispatch department offers a comprehensive booking service for your stock going into large retailers or wholesalers who require booking times scheduled.  Our vehicle will pick up from your depot and have your freight delivered as and when your customer requires your booking to be performed.
